I placed an order on hthe 27th of August and payed for express delivery (£6.99) which was due for the next day (28th of August). Two days went by and I thought nothing of it because of covid and delays. Contacted their customer service and was meant to get a call back regarding my order. Nothing!! Tried calling them the next day but had to record myself on their voicemail with complaint regarding the order. A week later I finally get a text that my order is going to be delivered the following day. I have sent them an email asking for my money for delivery which one was expensive and also was not delivered on time. Still waiting for their response. Customer service is an absolute joke!! I do not recommend this company to anybody. Was my first and last time I've used it.

Was a bit concerned when I read the negative reviews here. But my order over 100GBP arrived safely and quickly with no problems at all. Best price of Japanese Ramen that I've been looking for, so very pleased!

You should be closed during this time. Customer services is non existent. I have received wrong order twice. No reply to my multiple emails. They are not taking phone calls. No confirmation emails. Beyond a joke

My SushiSushi delivery just arrived and the box has my name on the outside, but inside is an order for another customer altogether. It's a hassle to deal with this kind of basic stuff, especially as all that's needed is attention to detail and double checking orders in the warehouse to prevent these kind of basic and annoying mistakes. I really want my actual order ASAP or my money back! I have emailed you.....waiting for response pls! UPDATE - SushiSushi came back to me quite quickly to resolve this. They will send my new order, offered me to keep the perishables (on them) and asked me to return the other items. Fair enough....let's see when my order will actually arrive?!

Although I ordered a new BBQ from this company, I did so in error - my fault completely but these things happen. I emailed them almost immediately to say so and 'please do not send it'. Days went past and after one week, sent another email, saying don't send it. No response but after a couple of days I did get one auto response email saying that if it was urgent to contact a 'special' customer service email inbox that would respond within 24 hours, I did this! So 3 emails later and no direct responses after over two weeks the BBQ turned up!!! What is the point of having a customer service dept that ignores you......I will not use this company again. Other people have had similar problems with SushiSushi C Service and I find to hard to believe they don't know anything is wrong. I will vote with my ££££ and shop elsewhere....its a lot less hassle. I did buy a BBQ from another company and got it even before the one from SushiSushi turned up.

very dissapointed and annoyed!! received out if date products, completely different product from what was ordered and wrong sized food containers. absolute disgrace. ... how can any company do such business

These guys got me out of a tight spot on several occasions. My go to supplier for all things Japanese.

Have had two orders that I've had to chase multiple times, only to have them fail to arrive on time. Stock and prices good, but if you need your order to arrive for a particular time they're pretty disappointing.

Guys do great job. Sushi were delicious and came on time. Prices are ok with me, i think for average citizen is affordable. Package attractive and easy to use. Thank you!

really well priced, got some great high quality Japanese sushi molds. My purchased Bento box was well packaged and not a scratch on it. Now all that is needed is to try it out!

I am trying to think of an area of the order which did not far exceed expectations and am having difficulty.

The selection - everything I searched for, I had multiple hits on each search term so quite a few choices.

Prices - equal or better than Amazon and another site I visited. Overall on the whole multi-item order I probably saved about 5% over the other two, not including shipping.

Shipping - I kept shopping until it was at 50.00 gbp for the free shipping. I almost feel guilty about how good shipping was considering I added a few small items to breach the 50. It was VERY quick, had the best tracking and predicting system I've ever used (seriously? emailing me a 1 Hour window? Who else does that!), and everything was packed so carefully I probably got six quid worth of bubble wrap to re-use. Will not hesitate buying anything fragile from Sushi Sushi.

Online orders SHOULD go smoothly and like this, but I was impressed enough by the shipping and packaging that I felt a review was necessary.

I placed my first order with SushiSushi recently because I wnated to try out an online Japanese cooking course. Goods arrived swiftly, well packed and just as ordered.

Delivery charges are comparable with other similar sites I have looked at so no complaints there either. I'd use them again and have recommended them to others.

I have bought from Sushisushi many times and they have always provided what I want. Good, cheap prices.

The items I ordered were of very high quality and the customer service team were fantastic at communicating back to my queries in regards to the order. Very happy with the items I brought and would recommend to anyone.

Bought some Japanese sweets for my husband's birthday, nice selection, reasonably priced and super quick delivery. One of the items was out of stock and I was quickly notified and offered alternatives so the order could go out that day. Friendly staff too. Happy I found their website.
