I was recommended to contact Emma Martin from Sussex Mortgage Services by a work colleague who overheard my conversation about 'never-being-able-to-get-a-mortgage-again' due to a messy divorce etc. I had tried with various high-street banks and mortgage lenders and I simply gave up due to long winded procedures and negative answers...then I met Emma and she literally waived her magic wand and suddenly my life started to look bright again!
