i was greeted with a smile as soon as i walked through door.My car was booked in for a service,and i was waiting for it.even though we are in strange times,the welcome was genuine and i helped myself to coffee while i was waiting, took my i pad and watched a movie while i was waiting ,the wifi was excellent.it is a pleasure going there.My car was serviced and also it was cleaned and washed, excellent service from a excellent company.10 out of 10

Car collected as promised, I was kept informed by video and telephone as to progress. As usual Maria and Rachael on service desk were helpful and friendly and I was made to feel like a valued customer.

My annual service was undertaken with the high level of customer care I am used to when dealing with Luscombe's. My car was picked up and returned in a few hours so causing no real inconvenience to me. Excellent service!

Excellent service from Luscombe Suzuki
Received excellent service from Luscombe Suzuki yesterday. Despite heavy snowfall, they still collected the car from my home, serviced (including video of works to be done) also wash and valet and returned within 4 hours. I could even have used the courtesy car if we had not been in lockdown !

Buying a Used Car Unseen
The family owned garage that has serviced the family cars for years recommended I look for a used Suzuki to replace a 14yr old VW. Luscombes in Leeds were personally recommended & my apprehension about buying a car `unseen` except for a walk round video & a telephone conversation were soon unfounded. Shaun Holmes listened to what I required, returned phone calls and even replied to an email on a Sunday. My `new` Ignis was delivered by Nigel on a truck 40 mins drive away & I am looking forward to driving it as soon as the snow has melted. Thank you Luscombes

Great customer service, covid friendly and quick delivery
I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service from Fazz when buying my new ignis last lockdown. As I couldn’t visit the showroom Fazz sent me videos of the cars I was interested in and went through everything with me over the phone. From the point of contacting him to point delivery (totally contactless and covid safe I may add) it took around 2 weeks. I’m most grateful for this and the car has been brilliant. Wonderful customer service from start to finish and quick turnaround many thanks
