We have been using South West Energy Services for our annual boiler service for some years and have always found them an excellent and efficient organisation to deal with. More recently the pump on our system stopped working which resulted in an emergency call out. Within but a day or two their very pleasant engineer, Adam, was with us and recommended a new pump should be fitted which was done there and then. This is the second time Adam has called on us in an emergency situation as a thermostate failed a couple of years ago and we experienced the same efficiency on that occasion. Our boiler system is now some 10 years old and we are considering signing up a maintenance contract with this organisation as a result of their proven abilities to satisfy.

Cant praise this company enough from coming to survey what we needed to the new boiler being installed all sorted in ten days I call that superb service. All the staff were amazing. Thanks to Scott for all your help. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Jackson Whiteway from South West Energy Services completed a boiler service for me under contract to Scottish Power. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and despite not being part of the service he was contracted for was able to give me some useful advice and show me how to resolve a problem I had with my radiators.

Within 5 MINUTES of my call to Scottish Power to request our first boiler service, S W E rang us to make the scheduled appointment. Very impressive but also, courteous, friendly and businesslike. I think she was called Dianne.
On the day, the engineer - Jackson--was punctual, bright, enthusiastic about his job, but also confident and proud to work for his company, which is rare these days. He was also helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to understand how and why I should not remove the flu guard as I had wanted, but that I should renew it as soon as practicable. This he did without being patronizing.
I can honestly say that Jackson has a natural way with people and is a good ambassador for your company.
