We called an engineer out, very prompt service, informative about what was wrong with boiler,what needed replacing, ordering part etc. Couldn't fix that day, returned next afternoon, excellent service from start to finish.Would recommend this company any day.

What an amazing company!
I recently had South West Energy out to help with an ongoing issue that took my previous engineer 6 visits and still with no resolve. With 1 visit from South West Energy the problem was correctly diagnosed and fixed immediately. I really can't rate them high enough. I am very very impressed and would definitely recommend.

Cant praise these guys enough. I had a bog standard boiler check on my 2 year old Potterton expecting a very short quick service. I have to say Jackson was extremely professional and polite. I can’t quite remember what ppm he spoke of ( he did explain it twice) but whatever it was should have been around the 200 mark but mine was over 800. I went into a bit of a panic but Jackson’s calm nature reassured me it was fine and it was .... phew)

Although the engineer who serviced our boiler was friendly and helpful, the following day we had no hot water. This wad rectified quickly by a follow up visit and a different engineer discovered a connecting wire had been displaced when the boiler cover was replaced. System now seems to be working ok again.

Gold stars all round!!! Boiler broke down thurs morning, contacted Scottish power who hold our boiler cover. South West Services sent a message straight away to say someone would be attending that afternoon. Jake and his buddy arrived in the afternoon, identified the problem; which unfortunately needed a part. Jackson arrived the following evening after a busy shift and difficult jobs to fit the part but he was apologetic about the lateness and very polite and helpful. So pleased we took out the boiler cover with Scottish power who contract South West Energy Services to carry out their maintenances. Well done guys, excellent customer service.

They changed my boiler and have done excellent job. They have gone around checking and replacing valves for all radiators, which was an extra work, that they are not obliged to cover

From the initial quote from Scott goodbourn (installations manager) to the professional, clean and tidy installation team. We are very pleased with the service we have received on our installed 10 year guaranteed boiler, and will be using this company to carry out yearly service's. Defiantly worth a five star rating.

Very pleased with my new boiler, the guys did a really good job very clean and tidy in their workmanship, there were a few hiccups but Scott was very understanding and thanks to Josh everything was sorted very quickly for me! Would not hesitate to go back to them again!

Very professional from start to finish. I felt very confident that I was being reccomended the right boiler for my needs, and being backed by a 10 year parts and labour warranty was very reassuring. I was offered several finance options, which were just as competitive as those offered by my own bank. The installation team were efficient, friendly and did a great job of leaving everything clean and tidy before they left. Scott, who put together the initial quote, called me a few days after installation to check everything was OK and I was happy with everything. Thankyou!
