South West Energy were a revelation from the quote, which was done with no hard sell or BS, to the installation, that was done efficiently, expertly, cleanly and with no fuss. The price was excellent and Scott, who did the quote was honest and clear. In contrast, other companies only seemed to care about pressure sales and up selling. The installation was scheduled for within 2 weeks and happened on time and only took one day. They took away all the old tanks and pipes and did a wonderful job. Shane and Josh were so good, we hardly noticed they were there! If you are in the market for a new boiler, don't bother with the likes of British Gas, go with SWE, the local company who go above and beyond!

The visiting engineer appeared knowledgeable and efficient as to the most suitable placements for the various radiators, the boiler and associated pipework and whilst inspecting the house ensured all was left tidy and apparently undisturbed.
If this is an indicator of the way an installation would be performed all clients can rest easy.

SWES just installed a new boiler, 4 new radiators and a NEST thermostat. The service was fast and excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
