Excellent service, rang half an hour before due to visit. Clean tidy and professional work.

Had an old dangerous boiler, not that I knew it at the time. Glad I got it inspected. They replaced it straight away, fitting it in with my working commitments. Gosh, it’s so quiet, I no longer have to thump the front to quieten it. My neighbour had the same one installed last year, for a £1,000 more, but he did have an extra radiator put in. But probably didn’t cost a £1,000. Saving on insurance as 10 year guarantee and hopefully gas bills as more energy efficient. It has a remote, I can turn on or off, up or down from any room as I want. Like the TV remote, will soon wonder how I managed without it.

We took the option to have an annual boiler service as part of our home insurance policy and were contacted by SW Energy Services to arrange an appointment. The engineer who came was excellent. Very professional in his approach to the job, with a lot of knowledge about the boiler itself. He had a friendly, approachable attitude and even gave us some tips on ways to save energy and get the best from our boiler.
However, initially there were a few hitches in trying to sort out a date for the service, and although the people at the end of the phone were, in the main, very polite - there was one young lady who seemed to be in a great hurry to end the call when she thought I might be complaining. I did ask her for her name but she just kept repeating that the name was SW Energy Services. It's because of her attitude that I can't in all honesty give this company a 5 star rating.
I can, however recommend SW Energy Services to anyone looking for a 5 star engineer - just beware the young lady on the phone!.

Scott Goodbourn and his team arrived promptly and worked consistently and efficiently until the work on the boiler installation was completed.
Scott was nearby and checked the progress etc during the morning.
Aron and Josh cleared away all the debris and left the kitchen clean and tidy when the installation was completed
We had a phone call from Scott checking our satisfaction within an hour.
We would certainly recommend this firm..

Had an engineer round to fix the fire. Chris did a good job and was quite thorough. Very pleased. He even took his shoes off.

An excellent sales team, capably led by Scott Goodbourn who takes great care to establish customer need, the viability of installation, and the various options available. Really knows his stuff. Excellent follow-up service from him as well. The installation team were hard working, efficient and very meticulous. We're delighted with the results.

We were really impressed with the service we received ( from Darren I believe his name was). He also went through a few technical things re our boiler to make it more efficient that we were not aware of... so very helpful.

Various times have claimed to have fixed our fault each time the problem has still been there this time they have really topped it off by actually making it WORSE and leaving us all weekend without any heating or hot water with 2 young children absolutely disgusting

Just had a new boiler fitted and from start to finish the service was 1st class. I had 3 quotes and they were not the cheapest. I chose them as their knowledge of the products was far greater than anyone else and gave me confidence in spending that little bit more. Big thanks to the team and Scott for all your help.

Great engineer and great service. Diagnosed my boiler fault efficiently and even had the part in his van to fix it there and then!
