Shamefully rude staff like a young lad’s name is Jamie who was incredibly rude and condescending. I think he has anger issues Maybe.
I was then told by another staff member that I could not legally cancel my insurance if I own a vehicle which is clearly incorrect.
But it’s what you expect from any Car Insurance

Best deal for non fault accident drivers
This insurance provider was the best value for me after having a no fault of my own car accident . They obviously took into consideration that the accident was caused by the third party and didn’t up my insurance premiums as a result. I’ve been a road user for 46 years and never had an accident until someone failed to use their mirrors and drove straight into me. Lots of companies bump up the rates of non fault drivers but not this one. The whole process was done on line. No hidden costs, every part of cover was optional and clearly costed for me.So 5 stars from me Paul Hertfordshire
