Professional and easy to deal with

Rang symphony as had some issues with a few of my kitchen cupboard doors. Craig Gardner who handled my query over email was brilliant and Chris Gray who was sent to rectify the issue was also fantastic.
Chris resolved my issue with ease, went above and beyond is assisting me with another issue I had with one of the doors not closing properly, was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Craig was extremely helpful on our email correspondence and was able to resolve my queries with ease to have my issues resolved.

New Kitchen.

Our new kitchen in our new build home had a few minor issues but these were sorted our without any problems. These were all excellently carried out by Tom.
Would highly recommend this company.

Symphony

We had Jonathan Humphreys from Symphony attend to carry out some repair work and could not have asked for a friendlier service. He was extremely attentive and professional ensuring we was happy with the work he had completed before he left. Highly reccommend.

Thanks for everything

Quality of the units was excellent. The quality of the fitting was excellent also, as was the professionalism and expertise of Tony Burroughs and Martin Hill.
They worked tirelessly with such care and attention to detail. The result is a kitchen that I am delighted with and can’t wait to share proudly with friends and family.

Graeme Sleith the kitchen fitter & Emma customer care

Graeme Sleith the kitchen fitter from Symphony Kitchens provided an excellent service with refitting my kitchen parts. My worktops were done to the highest of standard, absolutely seamless joins as well as the replacement end panels & drawer. Everything was just perfect. We couldn’t recommend Graeme enough. Absolutely fantastic service. Emma at Symphony Kitchens who dealt with the process of organising replacements for our kitchen, she provided an excellent service also. Emma was very understanding, helpful & supportive with replacing the kitchen parts. We would definitely highly recommend Symphony kitchens & we will be returning customers in future projects when it’s time to replace our new kitchen. Due to the high quality of the kitchen I don’t think we will need a new one for a very long time to come. Absolutely fantastic service!

Michael was able to come over and fix our units that had had water damage. It was done quickly and professionally and we couldn’t fault his help at all.

The service agent was personable and committed

The service agent was personable and waited to check if the noise returned, which all the previous agents left immediately and the noise returned! Hopefully this will not be the case due to the skill and experience of Jon Pritchard.

John was professional, pleasant and polite

John was pleasant and polite, he assisted by the plumber made a great job in replacing all our Kitchen worktops and splashbacks, due to previous joints not being sealed correctly and delaminating.
John was efficient and tidied up post works, great job.

Not fit for purpose

I’m in a housing association property. kitchen was replaced with symphony kitchen in November 25. By housing association. kitchen is not fit for purpose . I have had 3 panels and door replaced that situated by my hob and kettle. They swelled and bubbled and the laminate is coming away due to steam . I also have one by my sink on its way as there is a small bubble forming .Never had a problem with any other kitchens I have had in the properties I have lived in. I should not need to worry about cooking, putting kettle or washing up. Because it could damage the kitchen. One panel door needs to be replaced again it has only been a week, and needs doing again . Will not last 20 years if this keeps happening .it’s a shame its poor quality, it’s very true you get what you pay for , only problem with that it will cost the housing more money to replace the faulty parts. Symphony please do some sort of extra protection for units above counter tops. I would add a photo if I could.

Fantastic service

Chris attended today and called ahead to let me know he would be 30 minutes late, which I really appreciated. He was absolutely fantastic — completed the job quickly and to a high standard. He was professional, courteous, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Excellent service from start to finish!
