Waste of time
Answered all their questions, filled in all their forms, passed the online doctor assessment, received all the documentation, booked future diary appointments, then they rang and cancelled everything two days before scheduled start. All the preparatory work wasted.

I did not have to worry about transport in all of my clinical visits.
The Staff front and behind the scenes were very professional and extremely helpful and supportive and friendly.
Everything was explained to me and repeated on varies visits would definitely consider another trial thank to all at synexes.

Very knowledgeable staff
I was recently on a trial that lasted 3 years and found the staff very friendly and helpful and could answer any questions I had regarding the drug that was being trialled. A plus while on this trial was getting a mini health check a couple of times each year.
I would have no hesitation in participating in another trial with Synexus in the future.

Participation on Synexus Clinical Research Trial/Programme
The whole process from being introduced to the Clinical Research Programme and the Synexus staff was informative & positive. The regular contact was efficiently carried out by polite and considerate staff. Any questions asked were answered where possible.
I felt my part in the process was valued and I was rested with respect and consideration.
