I hadn't used sysco before but the price of the item made it very attractive. There was no issue with payment and the item arrived safely within a few days of ordering.

Had a slight problem as somehow our address was given as 27 not 29, so we rang for help and the gentleman who we spoke to was extremely helpful and reassuring. The problem was dealt with quickly and in fact a delivery address was changed so that we had no worries about being available for the delivery to be received and the goods arrived at exactly the time given. Will always recommence the service.

Ordered photo album boxes for the cheapest price, selected a 2-3 day delivery but they arrived next day. I would recommend systo to others.

The part was so much cheaper than anywhere else and delivery was quick and cheap too. Sadly my part arrived broken, but it was clearly dropped while on the way to mine.
Emailed Systo and got a reply within 2 minutes, they sent of new part same day and i received a brand new part the next morning.

Seriously great service, definitely going to buy again from them.

I was looking to purchase separate components for my new build and none of the other sites i crawled had them all available at one place. Buying from different sites could have made my purchase expensive on paying separate delivery charges to each of them but systo had them all available for a cheap £5 delivery which favored my decision in buying from them. Ordered on the 5/09/11 arrived on 7/09/11. I will definitely use them again.

Bought a photo interupter for a colour laser printer. It was advertised at a good price. It arrived 2 working days later, well packaged, safe and secure. The whole transaction was quick and easy.

The title of this review says "good" twice. This is because although Systo is a perfectly good retailer, I can't call it 'excellent'.

The search function never really gave me accurate results, even though the product I was looking for was sold by the site. There was also very limited scope for refining your search through the product 'tree'. I found this quite annoying. However, the website is excellent in giving a description and detailed specifications of the product (once you find it), something that I find very important when researching the right bit of kit for me.

In terms of being a competent retailer, I can't really fault them. I paid; they sent. The "2-3 working days" for delivery turned out to be 4 days though (I ordered Monday and received on Friday). I had decided to order from Systo as the total price (inc. P&P) for the product was the cheapest I could find. I would definitely use them again if the price is right next time too.
