I ordered a GFX card for my computer as this company offered the best price for what I was looking for. and recieved an email the following morning stating that my package had been despatched so very quick with proicesssing my order. UPS however mis-delivered my parcel to the wrong address so I then had to get in touch with a member of staff Kamil, to confirm what had happened. He was extremely helpful and very apologetic about the situation even though it was not his or Systo's fault for the mis-delivery. After waiting several days for UPS to get a move on with tracing my package Kamil then re-sent my parcel this time with citylink. After a slight delay and a missed delivery as I was working I recieved my package and was a very happy man. The customer service was nothing short of astounding as I was kept well informed by Kamil about the situation who replied to any e-mails within about 15-20 mins. I would definately recommend this company to anyone as customer service is the best I think I have ever seen and the prices are very competitive.Thanks Kamil & Systo.

Let me beging by saying what a wonderful experience dealing with Systo.co.uk was. I was looking for a motherboard online, looking around for best prices.. Systo.co.uk appear. I've never heard of them.. being a bit weary.. I looked around the net for reviews and I came to this site. Upon reading the reviews, I thought okay.. lets order. I ordered around 2:30pm on a Thursday, asking for Next Day Delivery. I spoke to Kamil on Live Chat and he confirmed that it would be dispatched that day and with me on the Friday, and I should receive an e-mail with tracking details witin 3-4 hours. 5 hours went by, and no e-mail. Pretty annoyed, I e-mailed Kamil directly at around 10PM and he phoned me on my personal mobile saying it has been dispatched and with the tracking reference.. What excellent service (providing they close at 8pm!). I received my package today, properly sealed. One nit pick is that it never had the company name printed on the label, and it went to the wrong office initially. All-in-all, amazing server. Definitely using Systo.co.uk again.

I bought a new digital camera and not only was it by far the cheapest online but came with free delivery, GREAT!
I ordered at about 5pm and it said 3-5days; it was here in less than 24 hours!!!
Lots of emails to tell you what is going On and the tracking number is provided.

The order process was straight forward and secure. I was updated about the status of the order and it arrived when they said it would.

I dealt with Kamil who was very helpful and pleasing to deal with. I would recommend them but two negative things happened that could have been avoided: 1) I could easily have been informed that my monitor, provided by the manufacturer, ViewSonic would come with a European power plug cable. This caused a lot of hassle and eventually, Kamil managed to get one from ViewSonic for free which was great. (2) This point is especially important but not sure if Systo could have known. Basically, my monitor came with an install disc which had both ViewSonic and SRS Premium Sound's software, and in following the Quick Set-up Sheet, I connected the monitor, turned on the computer and entered the install disc. As it was clearly stated on the website, datasheet.pdf and box I received that my monitor was both PC and Mac compatible I assumed the SRS software was the same. Big mistake. It couldn't complete install but not before it's errors corrupted my iTunes and audio set-up. Was very complex to fix and in the process of following people's advice on mac and other forums deleted some key files from my computer to apparently handle it. NEVER DELETE RECEIPT FILES - YOU CANNOT GET THEM BACK. After 23hrs from 5pm on Saturday to Sunday 8pm (I allowed some sleep in between, although very restless due to the stress this caused) managed to resolve it through a number of actions.

This could easily be avoided and shame on ViewSonic. As Systo supplied it, I would think a lot of a company that understands and knows what they are selling fully so such problems as I've experienced could be avoided. That's why my 5 star is a 3 star.

Briiliant - Fast

I ordered an iconia tablet for the cheapest price i could get and did saver delivery which usually takes 3 days however, i was amazed that the item arrived the next day. Will shop with them again. Excellent company to work with.

I was very pleased with the delivery, I will use the website again and I would recommend it to other people.

Recently brought my 2 x gtx 580 hydro graphics cards cheapest in the uk for price, initially had issue with transaction but sorted quickly and item arrived b4 11am next day(n.Ireland) super fast. Thanks Haris for the good comms will defo shop at systo.co.uk again. Highly recomended.

I'm not a big fan of online shopping but Systo was impressive. I wanted a keyboard for my laptop.

EBay was a disappointment, EBuyer was expensive and Play.com didn't have it. Funny enough, SYSTO (unheard of) had it.

I received my keyboard the next morning and guess what, my laptop is working again :) saved me a fortune, otherwise I had to pay the "KnowHow" team at PCWorld 5 times the amount to fix it and save data.

I'll shop again at systo.

As i said earlier, i was searching for a part and after bit of bumping around, i landed up on Systo through Google and found my product with a bit less price, the best thing was instant chat to help me through the whole sale process. In a matter of few minutes i successfully placed my order and received the item very next day. The best thing was the comparative price and supreme services through out the sale process.
