Bought a brand new vehicle from them which has various workmanship faults and which also broke down within 10 days. Rejected vehicle, rejection was accepted verbally but they dragged the process out and have suggested they are taking legal advice about the rejection, nearly two weeks after they physically took the vehicle back. Absolutely shocking service. Suspect this may end up going legal. Appalling from a main dealer.

This is the second Continental GT we have purchased from Bentley Edinburgh. As before, the service and attention that we received was second to none. Paul and Craig kept in contact with us the whole time prior to the pick up and were very hospitable to us when we collected the vehicle on a Saturday. Paul particularly going above and beyond in his customer service.
Their sales approach is great, as you do not feel under pressure to buy (which I like and makes me feel comfortable).
To confirm what we wrote last year, we would recommend Bentley Edinburgh to anyone who is looking for either their first, second or fifth Bentley!

The hospitality and service provided by the Edinburgh team was first class. I visited Bentley Edinburgh with an open mind having been an Aston Martin Driver, owning many cars over the last 18 years. The team were most helpdul and I decided to change my Brand choice to a Bentley Continental GT Azure the following day.

I dealt with Paul at Edinburgh and bought a Bentley GTC a couple of months ago, great deal, excellent service and overall a great experience . So I bought another last week, a new Flying Spur, Paul from start to finish, was again excellent and nothing was too much trouble, cars of course speak for themselves, overall very pleasant and professional buying experience
