Full service done with incorrect information given.
You carried out a full service for £1200 which seems expensive for what you did. My windcreen wipers worked ok yet you replaced them at a cost of £73. If they dont need replacing why do it? Save the customer money!
You reported to me that:
1. That seat button unit was coming away from my seat and the buttons were not working.
2. That the aircon was not working and needed re-gassing.
3. There was a miss fire recorded on the ECU and you would first replace the spark plugs at a cost of £740 and see if that solves the problem.
I collected my car and examened the seat unit on both sides and all units were firmly set into the seat and all buttons were working. I drove away with the aircon turned on and it worked perfectly after one minute driving, ice cold blowing! I did not feel or heared any sign of a miss fire.
I tel. when I got back home and gave the information to you and was informed that you had a similar colour car in the shop and maybe there was a mix up between them. You would call back to confirm this, which you never did. How can I have any confidence in what you report to me about my car?

My contract there was with Roy' and over the years I have owned many cars and delt with many dealership' some have been ok and many have not. your staff from my first contact with your company have been so helpful and pleasant to deal with and I have to take my hat of to Roy' its people like Roy we need but they are hard to find.
