Awful experience
Awful experience. I bought the car in for repairs as the electrics, AC and other things weren't working. I've only had the car short while from Derby audi.
When I returned to collect the car it had a mild scratch on it caused by them.
The repairs manager argued with me and told me it's not his problem. He never repaired the scratch done at Audi Derby whilst in their care.
They never washed the car as they said they do as standard.
They didn't fix 2 of the issues I reported and told me to rebook come back in a month!!!
Definitely don't buy your Audi from here!

Exceptional levels of customer service.
We recently purchased a 2021 Audi A3 from Derby Audi, the experience was outstanding an thanks to one of their amazing sales representatives (Ashlee). From the moment we walked in, his professionalism and deep knowledge of the cars features and benefits made the process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out, was how he went above and beyond. He didn't just treat us like customers, but made us feel like valued guests. He even followed up with courtesy calls after the sale to make sure we were completely comfortable and happy with everything. When we encountered a minor issue (Crack in windowscreen), he was quick to help and resolve them without hesitation.
Throughout the whole process, we felt genuinely cared for, the personal touches like offering us refreshments and ensuring we were comfortable in the dealership really made a difference.
This level of customer service is rare, and we highly recommend Derby Audi for anyone looking for a great-car buying experience. Huge thanks to the team, especially Ashlee for making it such a positive experience.

Bayley Millington at Derby Audi is an absolute superstar. On Saturday 17/8/24 I collected my new Q2 black edition. Bayley went above and beyond to make this happen. He's knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very hardworking. He kept me updated from the start and ensured everything went to plan. 4 days later he is still checking in and answering any questions I have.
