An experience that matches the Caliber of the Car I bought!
After having a terrible experience at another approved dealership, I put my trust in Greypaul. It would prove to be the best decision that I made. They are a team of highly trained, professional and knowledgeable individuals who exceed all customer expectations! My car was dealt with in a timely manner and incorrect repairs and oversights from the previous dealership were taken on and rectified without stressing me out. Totally disappointed after my F430 was in for a service to be told that on the day my car was to be returned that the washer unit for one off the headlights had mysteriously disappeared from the car and now having to wait for a replacement part that needs painted and ppf coated and now without my car for at least another 2 weeks your feedback on this would be much appreciated with a root cause

Even though I had an major issue with the first service of my car, Stephen in the service department went the extra mile to resolve it. I had a delayed departure to return home of three hours but was very happy with the end result.
