Excellent dealership. Premium products with premium service.
From the moment we walked in the door my wife and I were greeted warmly and with the utmost courtesy. We visited several times and the reception staff were fantastic, remembering our names and ensuring that we were comfortable and accomodated.
Excellent sales staff, especially Paul Holmes our sales representative, who listened to our needs, never pressured us and came up with a package that was just amazing.

The salesman that handled the purchase of my Maserati was first class and l would have no problem recommending him to anyone. Nothing was too much trouble for James Smith to explain to both my wife and myself which did take him a while as we are both pensioners and don’t always pick things up that quickly.

Brilliant service from Paul and his colleagues
Brilliant service from Paul and his colleagues, right from being greeted by Jess(?) when we first entered the showroom, through the whole process to purchasing a car. Of all the car dealers we have ever been to, this one is without doubt the most helpful and friendly one. Jardine Audi and Benham Mini/BMW (both in Wolverhampton) could learn a few things about customer service from this team at Sytner.
