What a great experience!
What a great experience! I have been looked after by Harry Wallace at Graypaul Maserati Edinburgh and I felt valued from the moment I approached him. Within 3 days from my first phone call, I managed to drive off with my brand new Maserati Levante GranSport! This car belongs to another dimension, a pleasure to drive, with full specifications, very comfortable and, most importantly, safe! Service to buy for.....
No body gets a a 5 but if i could it would be a 4.9.....i had my Ghibli S up to Edinburgh for second service, couldn’t fault the service, time taken and got the car back spotless and driving like new. Thanks to Steven Shaw and the service team for that....but also because when asked about the current offers on the GT and Levante Steven knew enough to create an interest. So when the latest email offer on the Levante PCP came through I looked in more detail. From there Jamie Hart and Stuart Cross where great, that was a 13/12. Within 4 days we had not only come to a deal but got my car part ex and my plate switched over, I collected the car 23/12. This was made into a stress free experience which enabled a frank and honest exchange of views and opinions culminating in a deal we were all happy with.....the icing on the cake was with Stuart and the unveiling in the Showroom!! Marvellous way to get your new car.....thanks guys!!

New Levante
Purchased my Levante at the end of August.
From start to finish the team were joy to deal with, especially Stuart, who arranged my test drive and assisted me throughout the process.
Other members of the team took the time to introduce themselves and chatted away to both my Wife and I during our visits to the showroom.
On handover day the team put on a lunch for us prior to receiving the vehicle and took the time to arrange a gift for my Wife, a very thoughtful gesture.
My thanks to all the team especially Stuart, for a very pleasurable sales experience, also thanks to Jamie, and Sid, for all their input in arranging the deal.
Looking forward to seeing the new showroom in the near future.

Ensure you clarify exactly what you're getting!
I purchased a Quattroporte but still have concerns over the communications provided to me prior to purchasing the vehicle. I was informed the vehicle would have new tyres fitted and be serviced neither of which was true! Very slow when collecting vehicle, process seemed very poor. Vehicle exceptional, just ensure you get clarity over what you are actually receiving!

Bought a car from GP and traded in old one. First class service. Very easy and straightforward to deal with and picking up the new car was a joy - the unveiling process, gifts for wife and son and freedom to wander round the showroom made a great day out. Highly recommended.
