My experience with Maseratti was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and kind and while I was having doubts about buying a new car they helped me in every step of the process to the point that I was feeling absolutely happy and satisfied when I brought my new car home. Their welcoming attitude made the day of the purchase exceptionally pleasant and we couldn’t be happier.

If ever there was a rewrite of customer service in the dictionary it would just say Gray Paul Maserati. The service from Stuart Cross and his colleagues from enquiry to handover of the car and after service was first class in all aspects. The car ain’t half bad either…. The reason I own 2 Maserati’s now is purely down to the Service Manager Kevin Slattery at Graypaul Edinburgh. I have been with Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover and Volvo and the after sale care has not been a patch on what we get from Graypaul Edinburgh. Before buying the recent Levante I must have had 20 questions which I reached out to Kevin and he answered honestly. When the vehicles are being serviced, I get a honest opinion and not treated like a woman who doesn’t have a clue about cars. My children are petrol heads also and to receive a Lego Maserati garage in the post yesterday when they got home from school was just amazing. Even addressed to them 😊
Edinburgh is over 3 hours away from us, but I would not dream at going else where now. Hand on my heart, if Kevin were to leave, I would be taking my business with him. You just don't get service like this anymore. Honestly give them a go and you will be pleasantly surprised.

The staff at this dealership are second to none Colin Milne was superb I couldn’t ask for more. I felt so comfortable going through the handover it was over before it began.
