Purchase of new Levante
Very happy with the car, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only negative is that there is a part that is broken just behind the gear stick. The compartment was faulty when I first looked at the car, and now it still will not close. I now have to take it back to them to fix or order a new part and being over 70 miles away it’s a bit inconvenient after only having the car 7 days.

Excellent service...
Excellent service and buying experience from Maserati Nottingham. Bought the new Levante Hybrid GT on finance from the dealer and the whole process was made seamless and delightful by the sales executive Georgia, and Gareth the business manager. Thank you to both of them and the wonderful reception staff who made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend Maserati Nottingham to anyone who wishes to buy a Maserati orva Ferrari.

Graypaul was exceptional
Graypaul was exceptional. From the initial enquiry to closing the purchase within a week, James was helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable, providing first class service throughout. Jonathan was equally fabulous in the finance team. I’ll go back to Graypaul on the strength of the service from these 2 guys; they really could not have done any more to help get me into my perfect car.

They were helpful throughout the sales process, got me good deal and kept me informed through these difficult times we are living in at present. Faultless service at a distance
After a lengthy search of many months on the internet I found the Car I was looking for at Graypaul's. Gave them a call and after a few days exchanging e-mail's with their team my car was delivered to my home in an enclosed truck, ( free ) From start to finish the Graypaul team were helpful in the extreme. James who sold me the car making the long journey in person to do the handover. After sales questions have been answered promptly and without ambiguity. This is my second purchase from a Sytner venue, just one of the reasons I bought with confidence from Graypaul over the internet.

The sales person was great, however....
The sales person was great. However, when the car was delivered to me the engine icon on the dashboard was lit. This resulted in the car being taken to a garage. Currently, i have no idea when it will be returned.

My visits to Gray Paul Nottingham were…excellent
My visits to Gray Paul Nottingham were excellent, a friendly welcome offered coffee and cake whilst waiting but Conor the sales executive I dealt with was there to meet me. I was given all the information I required prior to a test drive.
Loving the car I negotiated a part ex there and then, there was the usual back and forward for approval on the deal but it was minimal and quick, better than previous experiences. I had all the options explained but again no overselling.
I walked away feeling I had a fair deal.
On my return to collect the car the same welcome and everything was ready and waiting. Conor had been in touch regularly making sure I had everything I needed in place to enable my plates to be on the car ready for driving away.
Post purchase Conor has been in touch making sure all is well and to confirm Gray Paul is only a call away if I have any issues.
