Good service received from Harrogate Audi
Good service received from the maintenance team. Having had a diagnosis of the dreaded mechatronic unit failure, I was fully prepared for the heavy cost involved in replacing this unit. Harrogate Audi offered me as much as they could in terms of reductions in cost to help me, and did the work in good time.

Very helpful and professional staff
We were attended to by Abbie Levitt, who was a consummate professional. She was extremely patient, helpful and understanding. There was not the slightest hint of the "hard sell" as she talked us through the options, in a considered and relaxed fashion, which were open to us and she then let us decide what best fitted our circumstances, without ever trying to influence our judgement. She outlined the schedule for delivery of the vehicle and we received our new car in precisely the time frame promised. Great from start to finish
From start to finish, Harrogate Audi were brilliant.
I dealt with Adam Gray and he was incredibly helpful. He dealt with my barrage of questions on the car and provided all the requested information / documentation in a very quick timescale.
Being based in the north of Scotland, I had to be sure that everything would be as expected and I was not disappointed.
This is my first Audi and it won't be my last. Can't thank them enough for the level of service provided and I would happily complete the 700 mile round trip for my next Audi.

Really poor service sadly
Really poor service sadly. Took RS6 in for minor technical issues which were not properly fixed. Put through to Sytner to try to re-book. Generic person on the phone couldn’t discuss the issue (they may as well have been selling soap powder). Told charge will be incurred to do an investigation and that while I have to drive 10 miles to the garage a courtesy car not possible as it’s an “investigation”. Totally unacceptable and as I am about to change my car totally naive. AVOID anything to do with Sytner.

A great experience all-round
I had been looking for several months to find the right used S5 Sportback and one finally came up at Harrogate Audi. The car was easily the best one I had seen at my budget and was in great condition for the age and mileage, whilst having an amazing array of optional extras.
The dealership and particularly the sales executive that I dealt with, Henry, exceeded my expectations, offering a friendly and helpful service at every point.
I had a 3 and a half hour train journey from Norfolk to get to the dealership. Henry picked me up from the train station in Knaresborough and from there on the whole experience was faultless, reassuring and easy. From the test drive, answering all the questions I had, through to making the purchase; I was made to feel highly valued and I'm extremely happy with my S5!
