My A5 was in for a service yesterday and as always the greeting from the staff was excellent and always made perfect by one of Krystal's cappuccinos !! The rest of my experience was as efficient as always and overseen in this instance by James in the service department. This morning I had an issue logging in to the My Audi App and the cars MMI. I called James and he invited me back to the garage within an hour to have a look at the problem. More smiling faces on arrival again and yet another offer of coffee from Krystal. I just want to say that James was so helpful and fixed everything personally there and then which was a huge relief as anything I.T. related passes me by most of the time. You have an exceptional set up at Harrogate and I just wanted to show my appreciation to James and the team. Simon W

Absolutely disgusting aftercare
Absolutely disgusting aftercare, our brand new car has had a fault since we picked the car up, we have been in multiple times & it has taken mths before they have tried to fix it. After multiple attempts we are no closer to a resolution Do not buy a car from Harrogate Audi! Whilst we have been in the garage there has been other customers complaining about the lack of aftercare. We have spoken to solicitors & we will be pushing for them to take the car back!

Well maintained dealership, clean and smart. Very polite and friendly staff who dealt with my car with respect and efficiency.
Work was carried out in a timely fashion and left in the same immaculate condition I like to keep it in.
Communications were excellent, I was kept informed at every stage of the process and the video report on the condition of my car was clear and very informative.

Great experience in upgrading our Audi!
We had a fantastic experience with the Harrogate Audi sales team when exploring options to upgrade our car on a PCP agreement. Oliver Capewell-Hughes, who sold us our first Audi, was once again incredibly patient and helpful in identifying the best deals to suit our changing needs. He arranged a test drive and a detailed chat with Lorna from Finance to run through available plans. David Mann followed up, and together the team made the entire process an absolute pleasure.
I couldn’t recommend them more highly—professional, friendly, and patient! We're really looking forward to collecting our vehicle soon!

I had my new audi A3 in harrogate audi on the 1st of August to get it's first service done. And i just wanted to say the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I was greeted by name at the door by krystal who offered me refreshments and sat me down with hannah my service advisor. Hannah kept me well informed thought out the day. I then received an audi cam later that day to show me round my car with any issues. The technicians max and ryan who worked on my car where great and the audi cam is nice touch. Thanks again everyone
