An excellent purchase experience from beginning to end! The staff were friendly and very professional and they guided us through the sales process. Every aspect of our new vehicle were explained and we received a very good trade in value. Brilliant Customer Service
From arranging the service to receiving my car back from being serviced, I have nothing but praise for Harrogate Audi. I chose Harrogate Audi for my preferred dealership following a bad experience my husband received from York Audi trying to buy a new vehicle at the end of last year - what a difference we experienced!

Brilliant Service
Adam Gray was our salesman at Audi Harrogate and to say he made the process seamless is an understatement. He dealt with any problems along the way efficiently and quickly and was even on hand to answer any questions on his day off. I can’t recommend Adam and the Team at Audi Harrogate enough. Charlie is great and can teach others a thing or two
Charlie was a lovely person to deal with. He empathised with the fact that my 5 year old A6 with only 40k miles on the clock was suffering breakages in electronics to the tune of 5k. When I wanted clarification as to why this had happened and how often this happened to Audi cars in general he referred me to a woman, no name given, but a robust lady in her thirties. She told me that ‘things just break’, in a manner that told me I should just ‘get over it’. I would suggest that training in customer relations be in order. I will never buy an Audi again. And alas, I seem to be unable to sell this one without a huge loss now that it’s cost me extra. I guess Audis just break.

The service is excellent from the greeting by staff on arrival, notification of how progress is on your car to cleanliness when car is returned. I wait with my car and am provided with coffee by a very pleasant young woman in Harrogate. I cannot fault this dealership.

First class service with a friendly approach to dealing with customers
Whilst I arrived late duet traffic congestion on the York inner ring road the customer service were brilliant. Offered me a coffee and biscuit, whilst Hannah who was dealing with my appointment was free. I was staying in Knaresborough during the service and received an up-date call from Hannah at around 1.15pm. Later received a video cam from the service engineer. Then a call to say the car was ready to collect and was inn good working order, apart from some 60% wear on the front brake pads and discs.
