Arrived and was greeted straightaway, the girl who dealt with us was so friendly and professional (sorry I can’t remember her name!) I requested my car to be ready for collection by a specific time and I received a phone call shortly before to let me know it was ready.

A sudden problem
I had a very sudden problem with my car. The garage were able to give me an appointment within three days, quickly identified the problems (one of which I hadn't been aware), and were able to undertake the repair under my extended warranty. They worked very hard to return my car to me, for work, on the fourth day. I have been delighted with the service I received.

I had great service from sales Heather Carrington. Handover was fine but the rear shelf and net we subsequently discovered were missing and the windscreen had a small chip. These issues will I am confident be dealt with.
This is the second review I have been asked to complete and I have had a call from a business manager! This is over kill.
The telephone answering service was erratic and on occasion appalling. Front of house is essential to any business particularly I would have thought car sales?

Oil service with health check
The oil service and health check were completed quickly and efficiently. I particularly appreciated the mini-video and commentary of the health check. Meanwhile the reception staff looked after me very well.
The only item missing was a collect and return service. For an elderly person this is much more than a courtesy, it is of pragmatic help.
