I had been looking for a Audi A6 50TDi for the best part of 1 year. I found the car at Synter Huddersfield Audi that had the spec, mileage and price that I was looking for. I made an enquiry online and had a call back within the hour. Jonathan Hill - Sales Executive answered all my questions in a professional and manner during the call and e-mail me a full specification on the car. After review I put a deposit down, and arranged a date to pick up the car.
I then finalised the documentation for the car with Liberty Walton - Sales Executive. I taravelled from Scotland to get the car and Liberty handled all documents associated with my trade in (also an A6) and handover of the new car very proffesionally and again in a curtaious and professional manner. This all added up to the xperience you expect from an Audi dealer and the staff at Synter Audi Huddersfield made this easy. I love the car.

Excellent service
I’ve bought my last 2 cars from Huddersfield Audi and I can’t fault them. They go out of their way to help you find the right car at the right price and there’s never any pressure to make a decision. I usually deal with Oliver who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and he’s always been happy to answer any questions I have. Ive always been kept regularly updated on progress. The showroom is always immaculate and staff friendly.

Bought a q3 and had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful and Mark the manager came to chat to me to make sure I was happy with everything (which I was!)

Shocking customer service when returning the car for refund
Straight forward when actually buying totally different ball game when I returned the car 7 days later and that’s where the poor communication or lack of it started.
Easy enough to take my money but shocking at giving it back after I have returned the car.
All done in the same day I was told by Dan the used car salesman.
Well I am still waiting and I’ve done all the chasing up.

We called in to Huddersfield Audi without an appointment and we felt that we were looked after in a friendly and professional manner. George showed us around the car that we had called in to see and offered a test drive. During which he was very informative about the vehicle explaining several of the features. On our second visit 4 days later we decided to purchase the vehicle and once again George was brilliant with his knowledge of the car and we never felt like we were being rushed into making a decision. He was professional and courteous throughout our experience and we found the whole car buying process effortless.

Long distance purchase
I did a long distance purchase for a vehicle from Huddersfield Audi. Robbie was friendly, informative and always kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The day of the part exchange was pleasant and the process was easy. However there was a scuff to the vehicle. Very kindly the dealership offered to pay for a repair once I had the vehicle home. I did this but it took over a week of calling and emailing to get the money back for the repair. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Service with a smile
My vehicle was booked in for its annual Service MOT. I got the date wrong and arrived a day early. On my arrival, I realised this but the person who greeted me said that they will find out if the garage could look at it the same day.
I was then informed that they would be able to service my car and they’d let me know when it was ready.
I received an email notifying me that my car was ready to collect. I could also click onto a link to see a video of my vehicle with a breakdown of what checks they had carried out and suggested recommendations for the future.
Great customer service, friendly with a professional approach all round. They even booked a taxi for me and reduced my bill to cover its cost.
I cannot fault the attitudes of all those I came into contact with and spoke to on the day. The after care service was a few days later, absolutely brilliant.

Best experience possible
As usual, I was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. I had received notification of a recall, which was resolved at the same time as the MOT and Sytner Huddersfield were already aware of the recall and prepared. The courtesy vehicle was ready for me on arrival (Q8 for an A3 being serviced - nice swap)
Although giving it back was a wrench...
The people were professional, helpful and friendly and the service seamless. Very helpful!
