Deposit never got refunded
I paid a £500 deposit for a vehicle which I never saw in as it was a distance sale - but I was later informed there was an engine problem and the car could no longer be sold.
Instead of processing the refund of my deposit - I was pressured to purchase a different vehicle. I clearly stated that I did not wish to proceed with another car — especially one in a colour I had not seen in person — yet my request for a refund had been refused.
It has now been over three weeks and I am still waiting for my £500 to be returned. Under UK consumer law, if a seller cannot supply the agreed goods, the customer is entitled to a refund. Keeping a deposit in these circumstances is unacceptable.
I will be taking my complaint to Audi financial services as under no circumstances you can do this to public.
I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and would advise others to be cautious before paying a depo

Professional Staff - Opinion change.
The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The vehicles available were first class and well presented.
After buying a car and getting the it home I noticed the luggage compartment cover and removable net partition were missing. Now over 30 days later and speaking to three different staff members, who all promised to sort the issue, I am no further forward. Yesterday I spoke to a receptionist who told me no one was available to speak to me, but she would email the sales manager and he would call me back. As of today, again nothing. Just goes to show, once you are out of the showroom, you don’t matter. I will keep chasing.

Unreal customer service, i was not even an AUDI fan before i went to into there showroom.However, soon as I came through there door I was treated with so much respect, was even offered drinks on a regular basis . All the sales team was brilliant. Rebecca mervish, Oliver everyone was brilliant. Rebecca who sold us the car was very knowledgable and very kind and patient as I was very indecisive .
