Great service
I recently purchased a car from the Wakefield branch. Harry and Emily were really friendly and helpful. Had a query regarding the service history of the vehicle and this was dealt with very quickly. Would definitely recommend and purchase in the future.

Very poor experience with the service department
This review only concerns my experience with the service department of Leeds Audi as I did not buy my car through them.
My experience with Leeds Audi has been dire. My 2 year old in warranty Q4 etron broke down on 19/11/26 and was towed to Leeds Audi. After making initial arrangements, I heard nothing from them until I followed up with them at 4 weeks. I had noted from my Audi app that the car had not moved location - it was sat in the car park - when I called to ask about this I was informed that the equipment to move the car (skates) were really hard to get hold of which had delayed it being taken into the workshop. Miraculously less that 48 hours after my phonecall the skates seemed to have appeared and my car was moved. After yet again sitting for another week (5 weeks with Audi at this point) I chased again and was told there was a shortage of technicians to work on it however I have later found out that the delay was due to the fact that I was not in an Audi courtesy car at that point (a courtesy car triggers a daily fee for the dealer) so my car was just left and not prioritised.
When the car was finally plugged into the diagnostic equipment and the fault was found the part was ordered, however we were now into the week of Christmas which meant it was obviously delayed and they were not sure if it was in stock. No further contact from anyone until I get a notification through my lease company that the car would be ready Friday 09/01/26. I waited for contact, heard nothing until 17.00 when I was called and advised there were extra nuts and bolts that they didn't realise they needed so the car would not be ready until Monday. I have to say I was slightly suprised by this as after all, nuts and bolts are probably a fairly important part of fixing a car so how could they not know they were needed or be in stock? It would be similar to me in my job going to give someone an injection and not realising I needed a syringe and a needle. Monday comes and goes with no contact until I call Wednesday morning (14/01/26) when I am told the car will be ready to collect and I finally get it back 8 weeks after it went in.
Dealing with the service manager was also just as dire. I'm not sure if he hates his job, his life or just people in general but every interaction with him was unpleasant and awkward which seemed to be his tactic to ensure you get off the phone quicker to get rid of you. His favourite phrase was 'I'll call you either way' and then he would proceed to not call at all. Obviously being warm and polite is no longer a requirement for working in customer service and neither is doing what you say you are going to do.
I would not have even minded if the car had taken 3 weeks to be repaired as I understand sometimes things take time and parts need to be ordered but 8 weeks total and 5 weeks without the car being touched at all and being given very lame excuses is absolutely disgraceful. Overall, a very disappointing experience and sadly if I had not already ordered my next Audi it would be enough to put me off getting another one.
Audi A3
Picking up our new car was super straightforward and easy. This is the second time we have used Leeds Audi for a car and will continue to use them in the future.

The whole experience was excellent
The whole experience was excellent, mainly facilitated by my service advisor (Simmy). I cannot fault any part of the process. Simmy has looked after me for a long while now and has always met and exceeded my expectations. He is always prepared to go the extra mile. This is rare these days and should be celebrated by Audi.

1 week to sort a common fault!
Disappointed with the amount of time taken to sort out my issue. It took 1 week to replace the selector lever fault with Audi and warranty team especially without a courtesy car. I could have taken it to my local Audi jct600 yet I travelled to Leeds from Bradford hoping for a better service. Seems there is a common fault and a recall on this issue which I was not told about.
