I recently took my car to Audi Leicester for a diagnostic check, and I can honestly say the service I received was outstanding from start to finish. The engineer who looked after my car, Nas, was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment I arrived, Nas was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly and accurately diagnosed all the issues with my car, but what really stood out was the care and attention to detail he showed throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood exactly what was going on and what needed to be done.
Nas didn’t just do the job — he truly went above and beyond. He kept me updated every single day, even when there wasn’t much to report, just to make sure I felt reassured and informed. That level of communication is rare and something I truly appreciated. He made a potentially stressful situation feel easy and manageable through his calm and friendly approach.
His commitment to customer service, combined with his technical expertise, made the whole experience genuinely impressive. It’s not every day you come across someone so dedicated, thorough, and passionate about their work.
I would highly recommend Audi Leicester, especially if you have the chance to deal with Nas. He’s a credit to the team and a perfect example of what excellent customer service should look like.

My car was booked for a diagnostic due to some error messages. It was cancelled as they needed 2 days rather than 1. Re-arranged the date for the 7th July at 8am. On the 4th July at 13:03 I received a voicemail telling me they could no longer do it had cancelled the booking and would I call back to rebook. I tried not once but several times. promised on 3 occasions I would get a call back and was even told it had been logged as a serious compliant and would get a call from a Senior Director today before 10am. Guess what now 15:53 and still no call back. Sent an email making a complaint and still no response. Shocking service from a dealership who just does not care. Beware!

Having had a very long journey from the middle of Europe, and before arriving at our first destination we experienced a problem with our Q5. The service team were able to fix our ailing car and get us back on the road in less than thirty-six hours. This speed I credit to one Service Advisor in particular, HM. She was quick to discern the urgency of our situation and showed great trust in ordering the part required, which 100% contributed to our car's speedy fixing and therefore with minimum disruption to our on-going journey visiting our elderly parents.

Excellent problem solving skills
Fantastic experience with Leicester Audi after an initial bit of a mixup. I received a call from a manager who went above and beyond to rectify the issue I was having with some missing service history. Could not be more impressed with how it was handled, the way in which I was spoken to and the eventual outcome. I wish more dealerships behaved like this. I can accept that mistakes happen but the way they are handled is the real indication of the quality of a company and its staff. It’s such a shame I don’t live closer to Leicester as I’d happily use them for taking care of my car.
