From the moment we walked into the showroom, We were greeted with nothing but professionalism and a genuine passion for the brand. My wife and I had only popped in to take a look at the available options and within a short time we were convinced that a Maserati is the next car for us. Yes, the cars are exceptional pieces of engineering, but the entire process Was not a hard sell. This made our choice so much easier and ultimately of our own volition. Adrian was brilliant throughout the process and made our lives very easy given our tight time frames within which to complete the transaction. His colleague Neil was equally up to the task. We have only just taken delivery of the car and are certain it will not have any issues. However, if a problem was to present itself, we are very confident that it will be dealt with expediently and to our satisfaction. Thank you Maserati Ascot.

My car was collected and delivered back to me punctually. I was kept informed of progress and consulted about work to be done. But it is very expensive.

Adrian and the team very patient and accommodating at a point when my diary was manic and made it difficult to talk on the phone at regular points. Contact via WhatsApp may have made things easier than email … but a minor point.
