I’ve owned and driven Audis for many years.
In recent times I’ve been concerned that some Audi dealers had lost their way!
This experience with North Wales Audi has restored my faith.
Efficient, professional, friendly.
Apryl was a ‘ no bull ‘ sales person.
The whole process from enquiry, through test drive to collection was excellent.
Your showroom was equally top rate.
Very happy with the new car.

Email received confirming time of service and where to go as it could be quite daunting not knowing where the service department could be in a large building.

As a returning customer at Sytner NW Audi, I would highly recommend this group for their excellent service provided both during and after the sale. The team including Michael, Kane and Mark are very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy, which made me feel comfortable and they also have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and made the buying process smooth and efficient.
The team at NW Audi priorities customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with their purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

Booked my MoT in plenty of time. Dropped the car off the day before so they could start first thing in the morning. The Audi cam video explained everything clearly. Got the car back after some extra repairs were needed for the MoT and all work, admin and personnel were excellent. They even cleaned the car!

Took my Audi R8 to North Wales Audi for a routine oil service 20/2/24 at a cost of £980. Radio silence for almost a week. Received a phone call to say that the expansion tank had exploded whilst the technician was "revving the car to 3000rpm for 2 mins" to heat the oil up for the oil change. Refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge an extra £660 to replace the expansion tank. As far as I am concerned, the car has driven fine for the last 2 years and drove 30mins, over 26 miles to drop it off with no issues. Now had to collect by hiring a trailer, van and driver. So car went in fine, came out broke. Legal letters sent. Cannot verify if any other damage has been caused to the engine from overheating. Car has been abused, mistreated and the service not provided with reasonable care and skill.
EDIT 28/2/24
Before Tony changes his response to my review, I have copied & pasted it here with my responses which clearly show a lot of contradictions & unwillingness to provide vital information:
Hi Mr Evans, .... before replacing the oil and filters in this model of car it, is essential that the oil is at operating temperature before being removed from the car, it was only before the car had reached operating temperature that our Master technician noticed a crack in the expansion chamber for the coolant that was starting to leak, at no point was there an explosion
(REPLY - your service adviser’s words of explosion, not mine. I was also told that your technician couldn’t see the expansion tank or a crack without removing engine panels? It was also confirmed when I collected the car that he did not know where the coolant was coming from as he hadn’t removed the expansion tank?!
So did the car get up to operating temperature or not? If it didn’t, then how was the service carried out correctly if it is “essential” to be at operating temperature to remove the oil? According to your reply, “before the car had reached operating temperature”….”he immediately abandoned the process”? )
As soon as Our master technician noticed the coolant leak, he immediately abandoned the process and we reported our findings to you, it was only when the car was warming up did the fault fault in the tank become apparent.
(REPLY -This is completely false Tony & I think you know this. The version of events clearly don’t align. I was only informed of this Monday morning, some 6 days after leaving the car in your care for a 1-2 day service & me chasing via phone. Your technician said he did the service early on the previous week. I even called on the Thursday & Friday asking for an update and no one came back to me but was told the service was done and just waiting for some clips for the undertray. This was your opportunity to let me know in a timely manner but seems this time has been taken in trying to get your stories straight. Unfortunately this is now unfolding)
I understand that a replacement expansion tank is not a cheap part to purchase so I understand your frustration at having to go to further expense to maintain your Audi R8,
(REPLY - Trust me, money isn’t an issue. This car is just part of my collection & paying £980 for an oil change just because you’re an official Audi garage should come with an element of reassurance that the car would be looked after in the correct manner)
To say that our Master Technician abused and mistreated your car is very unfair, we simply ran your car up to temperature and noticed a fault.
(REPLY - I thought the car didn’t reach operating temperature Tony? Please can you clarify? I was told that the car was sat “revving up to 3000rpm for 2 mins” on the ramp to increase the oil temp)
I can also reassure you that our fully trained Audi Master technician is not in the habit of mistreating and abusing customers vehicles, the threats of poor google reviews and legal action to be used as a weapon to try to force us to pay for faulty components (caused by Audi) on a vehicle that is 12 years old and 9 years out of warranty
(REPLY- No threats, just an honest review of what’s happened & you will be exposed. The legal process is now what I have to go through because you have refused to investigate, uphold my complaint or provide me with more detailed information that I have requested. Also, didn’t realise the age of a low mileage, full Audi Service History, high performance car would have such a bearing on your treatment of my complaint, seems a little unfair. After all, I would assume the car has been maintained correctly having only ever visited Audi garages in its lifetime. My car drove to you in full working order. It left unable to drive, trailered away at my cost.Any coolant leak would've been clearly visible on the underside of the car & steaming inside the engine bay visible in the back window which was not happening. Also not apparent in your lengthy 5 mins Audi Healthcheck Video.

Really helpful staff, everything happened as arranged, car valeted, very good experience. Just wait for a spare to arrive to get car back to 100%

Did not like the long wait for service with no courtesy car option. I have been a loyal customer for many years and to wait 4+hrs is not acceptable
