Arranged service and was promised a loan car. When visited garage had no loan car available. Not the first time to have received poor service at Llandudno Junction Audi. Service department in a mess. Don’t buy there after sales is very poor although I have no problem with the car. Will buy an Audi again but not there.

The work was done as expected, quality was excellent, when I talked to a real person they were polite and effective. The new WhatsApp approach to communication did not work, so comms were a challenge, which they always are with Sytner.
Friendly helpful staff from customer service to mechanics and tyre fitters, easy to book and great communication
It started well and then went downhill from a customer service perspective. Yes there was an email from the person ‘looking after’ the process. When I arrived he was away from his desk. This continued when I returned to collect 3 hours later he was away from desk and again an hour later and a further 30 mins later eventually the back office manager realised something was amiss it still took a further 15 minutes before I could drive my serviced car away.
No apologies or reasons given all in all not a good experience
Nothing wrong with the service
Would I recommend absolutely not

Excellent service from Neill. Kept me informed of progress and the car was ready and washed for the agreed time.

My car was booked in for a recall and minor additional work. It ended up sitting at the dealership for over three weeks (well into a fourth) with no work carried out.
After initial contact, communication stopped completely. I chased almost daily—calls were diverted to an automated system, messages weren’t returned, and no one provided a clear update.
The ECU update is a good example of the confusion. I was initially told it had to be done so fault codes could be read, which is why I eventually agreed to it (in writing). However, despite the update not being carried out, I was later told the car had “lots of stored faults” anyway—contradicting the earlier explanation entirely.
When I finally got through, I was told no work had been done because the car was “heavily modified”—despite me having already confirmed I accepted this and was happy for them to proceed. For clarity, the car has an aftermarket exhaust, air filter and remap; otherwise it is standard. I have owned similarly modified vehicles before, and other main dealers (including Mercedes and Nissan) have had no issue working on them.
I was also incorrectly told the car had no catalytic converters (it does—sports cats, clearly visible), and the car was left outside where it picked up paint damage from bird droppings.
In the end, I collected the vehicle with nothing completed. No charge was made, but the main issue is that the car was effectively left unused for weeks while I was ignored.
A simple phone call early on to say they would not proceed would have avoided all of this.

Quite disappointed with the dealings we have had with the North Wales Audi. We purchased our vehicle at the end of December, we had an agreed date to collect the car and we had set off on our travels to collect to then receive a call to say there is a fault with the car an it’s now not ready - as we was part exing our car this was not a big issue.
During the time of waiting for the new car to be ready the new finance payment was already taken from our account - I suspect they didn’t postpone this to ensure the deal was within there December cut off. After the chasing for 4 weeks we finally got what was owed from the finance of paying two cars for incorrect dates.
After just 2 weeks of having the car, our heating button broke. We had to chase for an update on this matter many of times for them to finally collect the car and provide a courtesy car. The courtesy car provided had its registration pretty much blocked out with tape etc meaning we could have been pulled at any time for driving the car.
The car was collected on 4th February and it took them until today 5th March to return. The condition the car has been returned in is disgraceful, given we only had the car 4 weeks before they picked it up you can tell it’s sat on a forecourt for weeks without being touch - covered in bird poo and the inside drivers seat has some kind of white substance in it. The car now needs a full valet and I won’t bother contacting Audi about this as they fail to get back to you anyway!!
The whole time we have been advised a guy called bledd will be in touch as he’s high up but we are yet to hear from bledd (apart from 1 call in December to apologise and keep us sweet). Bledd promised some sort of incentive but we are yet to receive anything, Bledd has had several emails off my partner but we have also never received a reply to any of these.
The only communication we get is via Georgia which we are very grateful for however I hope nobody has an experience the same as us as it’s not what you want when you buy a new car!!
