My first visit to North Wales Audi well North Wales vw
was not what I expected. Firstly not having a courtesy car especially for someone that lives where there isn’t public transport.
I’ve had to take my e60 BMW in for a recall and received a courtesy car I try and ensure that we book them in advance and select the days where there is one available granted you try and keep them for paying customers but knowing this fact now I will not be taking my car anywhere near North Wales, Audi and being a paying customer. Being a premium brand you would expect premium service and I’m sorry I did not receive such service my car wasn’t washed after the recall service even a hose down would be f been something but no at bmw they washed the car and gave a air freshener unopened on the passenger seat
I was surprised on the visual inspection on my car the mechanic missed out a couple of things
Such as rear tailgate lights cracked and chipped lens and there is a rattle coming from the front offside wheel which is audible any time you drive the car none of this was mentioned in the video
been sent advertising emails by Audi I don’t recall accepting my email to be used as advertising and promotions
As well as a follow up email form an individual requesting a 5 star review I think not Let’s not add insult to injury
In total customer service is lacking and being a premium brand you have a lot to learn from your neighbouring / rival dealerships

Here at North Wales Audi we pride ourselves on providing a first class service to our customers, it appears that on this occasion we have fallen short of that expectation, I have no excuse as to why your car was not cleaned as this is a service that we provide, i can understand how we did not have a courtesy car available though, the throughputs for our workshops are operating at absolute capacity at around 90 through puts per day, when dealing with this volume of customers it is impossible to have a car ready and waiting, we do ask our customers to book a car when booking in so we can can make provisions, Kind Regards Tony Gibbons General Sales Manager

We have bought many cars from Audi in Llandudno due to quality and the impeccable service we receive. There is a particular salesman that goes all out to find the right vehicle for you and make the transition as smooth as can be. He is an asset to the team (Mark Willingham).

It is not good service
It is not good service, I booked in and sat for two hours waiting for the service to be approved, I pay for the full package and would expect an instant approval.
I had the car from new and after 500 miles it needed a new engine, I had no apology from Audi which is a insult
I’m moving to BMW next year I’ve always been with the VW group but after the last 2 years it’s not good enough

Disappointing that the electrics of the factory fitted tow-bar couldn't be tested as in situ so as to investigate a likely problem.

Easy to book online, helpful and efficient staff, reassuring check of the car with a link to the video. The estimate is given in advance of the work, and any extra work needed can be authorised online.
I like that the staff are not blandly corporate, although they are always professional!

Well done Audi north wales. I ordered my lovely blue Audi S3 online from Audi north wales and got it delivered to Edinburgh no problem, Darren who was dealing with me done his job very professionally, friendly and done everything i asked him to do, he always kept me in the loop with everything by phone call or text, they serviced it, valeted it and fixed the small imperfections with no hassle.., in my experience i would recommend Audi north wales all day long and would defiantly buy from them in the future if they had a car i wanted

The salesman, was excellent, he explained everything to us, nothing was to much trouble, they sent us a video of the vehicle the day before we picked it up, the overall experience was great, and I would not hesitate to get another car from there
