Our sales exec Jake was friendly and informative. Was happy to help and answer any question or queries we had. Car was hand delivered in the end due to an issue when the car arrived and the fact we couldn't drive to the audi center to pick up.

Customer experience at NW Audi - service.
The staff are really welcoming and helpful, there is a positive atmosphere at the garage. From the phone booking, to the actual car health check and MOT, I was kept informed e.g. date and time reminder, clear update re progress of work undertaken, phone call and message when the car was ready for collection. The whole process was seamless. The drop off/pick up transport between the garage and Llandudno is really good and timely. The service member of staff dealing with me was very effective and attentive - excellent communication skills. Thank you.

I was impressed by the friendly professional service of the Audi representative Frank.
He explained fully what the service entailed. He also explained how I could get a reminder from DVLA when the MOT was due.
All in all a brilliant introduction to dealing with Audi.

i am always looked after by frank cunliffe who is thorough, professional and welcoming. Nothing is ever any trouble. He sorted for me to have a lift to work whilst my car was in service and he is very efficient. I hardly ever have to wait and he is very courteous.

Thank you to North Wales Audi, I bought a Audi A3 sport back recently from this branch and I must say mark and Kane both gave me a great experience couldn’t ask for any more extremely helpful and what ever I asked for they responded promptly. I had the car delivered to my home in London and at a really good price of £350. The car is in great condition and is exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for better experience will always recommend them to anyone I speak to. 5 starts all round thanks again 👍🏻
