General Service on K999 ANN
My wife's car K999 ANN was in for a general service on Wednesday 19th July 2023 at 08:30. Servicing staff could not have been nicer or more efficient. Job took under two hours and all finished well in time. a pleasant change to meet people who actually know what they are doing! Thank you North Wales Audi for being so efficient!

Customer Service at its best
There were a few hiccups but the customer service I have recieved was phenomenal. Robbie, Kane and Ian have ensured I have any issues resolved as soon as practical and in honesty it will definitely make sure I go back to them. I absolutely love my A3 in Python Yellow

I recently purchased a car and genuinely had a 5/5 experience. The staff at Sytner Group - North Wales Audi were very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The experience was probably made better, as from day one when speaking on the phone to finally sealing the deal 2/3 weeks later, the whole process was very smooth and stress free. Personally, as I work often during the week, the key thing that I needed was flexibility, and they provided that in abundance. It also helps that the car (as expected) is simply wonderful and is a very smooth ride. Every member of the team I spoke to were courteous and I would 100% recommend their service to other people in need of a car.

Nothing to write home about
Nothing to write home about, my car was a little dirty, and when I collected it, I had hoped that it might have had a little wash. After all you rival garage, Haliwell Jones, smarted you car up if you just go in for a new bulb, think Audi are missing a trick. Also the technician rung up, pushing me to put front Tyers on, which Iv since had checked and are not ready as they had said, I love my TT, however you guys make me feel disheartened in my car. On that note, I doubt I would buy another or even recommend Aud.
