Recently visited North Wales Audi after i bought a brand new A5 Coupe approximately six weeks ago (from Blackburn Audi) only to find i couldn't live with the colour. North Wales Audi bought the car off me and I have now ordered a new A5 Coupe from them, due for delivery in December, Jordan Irvine was very helpful in the sales process and everything was well organised. Michael Bradshaw helped me with the paperwork process of changing my private plate over and was very professional.
I would like to personally thanks Ian Roberts and Bradleigh Owens for helping me with the ordering of my new car. They acted very professional and explained the process in great detail.
Overall I cannot fault the service i have received from North Wales Audi. Just looking forward to picking my new car up in December.

Visited North Wales Audi last weekend and found a Q2 we really liked which was part of the Audi approved range. Really nice example with low mileage.

Spoke to the first salesman who greeted us and made us feel welcome without any pressure - Michael Bradshaw. Michael discussed our needs, provided a test drive and discussed the features of the Audi service and all the things we needed to know. The service and sales process was second to none.

I was provided with assurance that the car could be ready for the following week so arranged to collect the car on Wednesday and was given all the paperwork, information and also the chance to purchase a service package which was taken up as this will be my main dealership when I move house later this year. Michael was extremely patient and kind in organising the paperwork, associated car pack and tax and showing me all the features and functions of the vehicle and activating the data plug and iPhone application ensuring that it was all working fine before I left.

Extremely happy with the car, the service and everything from the time of arrival to the departure.

I wouldn’t hesitate in buying another car from here again and have the peace of mind that it is all Audi serviced and approved.

Also to mention Ian Roberts who took time to explain the extra services available and this was also done in a no pressure way.

I don’t even know where to start! I feel so let down by the garage after purchasing the car back in sep 2021 I had a years warranty on it when a fault came on the car on wed 29th June it was recovered and took to audi Llandudno junction on the Thursday I then had no call to tell me what was wrong with the car after calling a few times I was told I would have a call back which I didn’t untill I rang again on Friday I was then told I would have a courtesy car by 10.30am on the Saturday which surprising didn’t turn up as Audi had cancelled it from enterprise with no explanation. I could of gone Friday and picked a car up from the Audi garage but I would of had to take the person back who was driving it to me 45 mins away but I was working what sort of service is that! Finally after ringing 3 times Saturday morning and passed from pillar to post I was finally told what was wrong with my car and they was waiting for the warranty company to ‘ok it’ and I would be priority to be rang first thing Monday morning, fast forward to Monday and had no call so rang my self by 10.30 there is a lack of communication with the garage and there customers.To be told by Reece my warranty doesn’t include with what needs fixing with my car and would be £400 + to fix absolutely laughable what sort of warranty do you actually get with your car it’s ridiculous! So my car has been in there garage nearly 5 days before they told me this complete waste of my time I have a young baby that I have had to ferry around in taxis for 5 days with no apology or even the car I should of been entitle to!After I got my car back I had a service report saying I need a new cam belt and break fluid and a list of a few other things!I have only done 1300 miles in the car in 10 months I was told the car was serviced when I purchased it surely that would of flagged up prior to me buying it! I feel so let down by the garage there customer communication is awful! I would never buy a skate board from there let alone another car!

Went looking for a new car in Llandudno Junction bumped into Lea Davies the salesman at VW hotpoint. He made me feel welcome comfortable and gave a lot of reassurance. He did everything he could to please me and sell me the car as fast as he could. He’s very Friendly good at what he does and a cannot fault the man. Straight 10/5 if you ask me. Couldn’t ask for a better salesman on my side. He made sure everything was perfect for me and the car. Lea Davies needs recognition employer of the year for sure

My experience with Sytner Llandudno Junction was first class. Two days after I put a deposit on my T-Rock, my 95 year old mother in law fell ill and needed 24 hour care by the family and then two weeks later died. It was an extremely stressful and sad time for us. Lee Davies and the team were very supportive and at no time made me feel rushed or pressured to finish the deal, sign the forms etc. They were helpful and patient and made the whole experience a happy one. I can highly recommend them as a dealership to buy your next car from.

Recently sold my Golf which was still on a finance agreement. Jordan was a great help, sorted all the paperwork and kept me updated. Great communication and flexibility made the process very easy and stress free!

This was my first Audi that I have bought 4 years ago, the service I have received from the company was excellent, the situation at work has changed recently given me an option to have a company vehicle therefore I had an option to sell my car. The garage offered to by the car back and the help and I off them was excellent. If I require to by another car one day I would be more than happy to go back there.

Sytner Audi have always exceeded my expectations for service, customer service and support. When it was time for the Q3 to be sold I looked at several car sales sites and was surprised when Audi were a match for the other offers. Sytner purchased my car via Motorway. Jordan Irving of Sytner was extremely helpful, professional and flexible (I was away on holiday when the sale was agreed so there was a slight delay in transfer). The transfer itself was quick and straightforward and actioned at the local dealership. Well done Sytner, it couldnt have gone better.
