Poor performance at BMW
Third time i have been to both Cardiff BMW and Mini . Real problem with the work where you drop off you car at 9 and it does not get onto the ramps until afternoon. Real pain when most major services does take 2 hours. Dealership needs to get it's ass in Gear. If it wasn't for the stamp many would go elsewhere .

Excellent Customer service
The Service I received from Alison Williams at the Cardiff branch was outstanding. Extremely professional at all times, constantly keeping me updated throughout.
My car had been booked in for a big job Early march 2026 and everyday Alison would give me a courtesy call with updated information on the progress.
I cant thank Alison enough as she put me at total ease that my car was being looked after and is a credit to BMW on how customer service should be handled.

Top sales experience with amazing staff
The staff at Sytner BMW Cardiff genuinely cannot do enough for you. They’re so welcoming and helpful - you genuinely feel taken care of.
I feel with some dealerships, sales can be daunting. Having had past experiences with pushy sales executives and then poor after care, Sytner Cardiff is a far stretch from that.
It just goes to show how good the team are when I walked in originally with my heart set on a completely different make/model of car and adamant that I wasn’t getting a BMW… that didn’t last long!
Knowing how much I loved the series 1 after test driving and with finance not being an option for a good few months, Ed from the sales team landed me a fantastic deal with a discounted car and on budget… I was ecstatic. They will do their utmost best to get you an amazing deal if it’s within their remit, or at least provide further advice.
I found the sales team very knowledgable and responsive.
Shout out to Subhan, Ed and Rahul (so sorry if I’ve misspelt names!) who were amazing throughout. Sub is genuinely such a fantastic guy who takes care of his customers. I would highly recommend looking him up if you’re looking for a new BMW! He can’t do enough. Rahul was also a great help when it came to the handover stage, providing advice and explaining the features of the car and setting up BMW ID/Drive away insurance.
I think it also goes along way when the lead manager for sales also comes to have a chat and provide further advice about the car - it goes a long way.
Can’t recommend this dealership enough.
Thank you Sytner BMW Cardiff - I’m absolutely over the moon with my new car.

Car was recalled for a part replacement. On inspection I was also told one of my tyres was defective and needed immediate replacement. On going to a respectable Tyre Shop in Cardiff they told me otherwise. I feel scammed.

Automated Booking Issue
The staff and service were excellent. However, the automated booking system allowed me to book a 90 minute turn-round for a full engine service. The reception staff advised that this was not possible, and that the service would normally take between 3 and 4 hours. In the event, they completed the work in around 2 hours - all credit to them. It cannot be beyond the wit of man to programme the automatic system to bar the offer of 90 minute slots for those servicings which, realistically, will always take much longer than that to complete.

I received a friendly & professional welcome from Demi, who kindly offered to arrange a taxi into the city centre and back again whilst the MOT and VHC was carried out on my vehicle, which was ready when Demi said it would be. Very impressed with the whole customer service experience indeed.
