Mini Electric Purchase
I have bought many new cars and have always enjoyed the experience irrespective of who the dealer was or the make of car i was choosing. Before I buy I research the product carefully. On this occasion I was looking to change from a Hybrid (Golf GTE) to a fully electric vehicle. I have solar and a charging station at home. It would be a second car used only locally with maximum round trip mileage of say 60 so I do not need extensive range. In fact I guess I am the ideal customer for the Mini Electric and I was pleased that after test driving the Honda E and the Mini, the Mini scored better for me, particularly because I enjoyed owning 5 other original Minis in the 1960's and 70's. So when I approached Sytner Cardiff towards the end of last year I more or less knew what I wanted: that is a Level2 Mini Electric and Gabriel looked after me very well and I enjoyed discussing the various options, both technically and financially, which he and his colleagues presented to me. He facilitated the test drive and kept me informed of the manufacturing process until the handover a week or so ago. So far (only 89 miles) I am very pleased with the car. It looks and drives very well and it is great to be back in a Mini again.

I have been with Mini for 5 years now and their service never faultered. They go above and beyond for their customers. Customer service is excellent, they deal with your queries straightaway. I just bought a mini countryman and I could say as soon as I stepped in, I fell in love with it straightaway.

Very Poor I would advise to avoid Cardiff Mini. Plenty of good dealers out there
From the sale to collection was huge disappointment. Car was not charged, had to return to garage as code were not set. Had to question if the PPI had been done.
Very poor service all could have been avoided and none of the issues were Covid related they were simply the sales team lack of interest.
Administration and communication was also very disjointed between internal staff. Personally i would advise anyone looking to buy a mini to look at alternative dealers
