Sytner Group - Sytner Cardiff MINI Reviews 

After paying the full amount and signing the purchase documents via emails, the car was delivered to me with one of broken door ladder covers, plus the car was not deep cleaned - may marks can be clearly see. This is out of normal expectation when purchased the car from a MINI Sytner centre. I immediately took pictures and emailed to them, and calling them to address the issues. That was on 6th August, and unfortunately until now, after chasing them again and again, the problem has not been solved, even not easy to get them respond to me. Very bad experience indeed.

We had no problem handing back our mini for our new one and Mr Steve Harris was helpful and efficient throughout the processs.

Synter Cardiff are a group of Professional personnel. Their communication with clients is excellent and honest. They listen to what the client wants and offer advice without being pushy. They work with you to design your car and offer clear ideas to help you form your decisions. Would recommend this garage.

The sales service and attention provided by Sytner Cardiff in general and Iwan Mepham in particular has been exemplary. The care and professionalism shown is a credit to the dealership when we purchased our Mini Cooper recently.

Tim Coyle Styner Cardiff - excellent!

We dealt mainly with Tim Coyle over the purchase of a new Mini and trade-in of our old one. We received excellent, personalised customer service and support throughout the process, despite Mini's central stock control / sales planning functions disregarding guarantees made to him regarding the inclusion of a particular accessory in the build.

Sytner Cardiff went out of their way to provide a level of service over and above what was expected but we do feel let down by Mini's central planning team for not advising Sytner Cardiff or ourselves of changes to the confirmed order.

Cannot thank Gabe enough for all the help and support in ordering my new Mini Countryman, excellent customer service would thoroughly recommend.

We recently received first class service from Gabriel and Calum. We went for a look at potential cars and were in no way pressurised into purchasing like you get at some car dealerships.
We part exchanged our car and were given a very reasonable price. The mini we chose is amazing and we got to test drive it before deciding to go ahead with buying it.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish and without the hard sell of insurances and extra add ons.

Number plate crazed on new car. Asked for new one, no problem. Quick efficient & pleasant, but should have been picked up at the start

most of the business was done over the phone, and sales rep was always very friendly and obliging. when I eventually went to pick up the car everything was done in a smooth and professional manner.

Quarter tank of petrol a bit mean. Also no help with personalised number plate. When I changed car with Volvo, both new and second hand they did it for me. Maryna also said there was no handbook - I've just found it in the glove box

Friendly and helpful service provided by everyone who I encountered there, but especially Iwan who kept me informed of progress from order to delivery.

I ordered my car in the middle of lockdown. Having never had a Mini I was anxious to have a test drive before buying.
Gabriel was extremely helpful and it was agreed that the car would commence the build with a minimum deposit which would be refunded in the event of me not liking it.
As it was a bespoke car, Gabriel and I had long conversations going through all the many options before I settled on my final choice.
One niggle was the pressure that was applied further up the food chain for me to take out finance. I wanted to pay cash which is what I ended up doing.

Hi there, my experience with Synter Cardiff Mini has been excellent throughout and the delivery of my Mini Electric was well organised, early delivery overall by about 2 weeks. Paul Bennett was very good indeed and my company Hoare Lea have had very good service from him before.
