New Electric Mini
My wife went in to have the first service on her mini and left ordering a new level 2 Electric Mini. The car has now arrived and it is awesome and such fun to drive. The handover was very smooth and Russel explained all the features so well. Great price sorted out by the finance team and just so delighted.

My experience was the purchase of a new Electric Mini Cooper.
Iwan was helpful and responsive in the sales process and I am delighted with my car.
Post COVID I believe for the customer , the ability to telephone directly through to the actual dealership should be prioritised rather than a central Sytner Switchboard who don’t always know the individual names at the dealership you are doing business with which therefore protracts the communications between the two.
Otherwise very happy customer.
A post sales gift should be reinstated as a Thank-you gesture to make the customer feel Sytner do really value your business.
