I had a very positive experience with Sytner Chigwell BMW from start to finish.
Lily Wingrove was excellent throughout the process - professional, friendly, responsive and very helpful. She kept me updated, answered my questions clearly and made the whole collection process feel smooth and well organised.
Edgars was also very helpful and supportive with the finance and paperwork side of things, making sure everything was explained properly and that the documents were in order before handover.
The team made the purchase of my new BMW X1 straightforward and enjoyable, and I really appreciated the attention to detail, clear communication and customer care throughout.

I picked up my Mini Cooper today and can’t speak highly enough of the Sales Executive - Pyper Noble. Pyper made the whole process stress free and kept me uptodate despite her being ill. I have given 4 stars because when I turned up to collect my mini I found out that the MOT hadn’t been completed. Pyper and I had agreed a date to collect the mini and Pyper had communicated this to the garage. Because the MOT had not been completed I was kept waiting for 4 hours. Pyper had no control over this.

I had an MOT and Recall booking. I was greeted by the lovely Teressa at reception and Craig kept me updated regarding my car. Sytner’s customer service Team at Chigwell are excellent. They know how to take care of their customers. I only gave a 4 instead of a 5 because their AI is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It messed up my bookings several times. I had to drive to Chigwell so that I can speak to a person. It’s good to have AI to do some work but there is something called ‘the human touch or connection’ that is missing with AI. We can only get this with other people. It is always a pleasure to see the team at Sytner. Thank you.

Usually have a great experience at synter Chigwell, always so kind and professional but on this occasion I had a extremely bad experience with Jackie from the Bodyshop team, she was incredibly rude and had an awful attitude , had no understanding at all and used inappropriate language which is super unprofessional, I will not be returning to the Chigwell branch in future for this reason.

Replacement Wing Mirror Cover
Recently required a replacement wing mirror cover for my Mini Cooper S. Despite a rather disjointed ordering process, Jackie Everett picked up the issue and eventually resolved it. The Sytner original sales order did not specify the wing cover colour or colour code. Notwithstanding this, Jackie trawled multiple systems to establish the correct colour combinations available for the year of the vehicle. Without her diligence and perseverance, we would still not have a clue as to the colour required. Jackie arranged for the cover to be painted and delivered and I fitted it myself. Top customer service from Jackie but issues that need resolving as far as Sytner is concerned.
