Excellent service all the way through.
We received excellent service from start to fininsh. The whole buying process was smooth and efficient. The staff were very helpful and friendly and took care to check we were comfortable with everything. We were kept well informed of how the purchase was progressing. Collecting the Mini was enjoyable and problem free. All in all eveything went really well and Sytner, Chigwell were a pleasure to do business with.

Great Service
We visited this dealership to lease a car through the mobility scheme. Due to an upcoming surgery, the car was needed rather urgently. This was not an issue, we did a test drive and then went back a later date and were given options of what was available from the forecourt. The car we chose was on its way from the factory so we had it within the week. We dealt mostly with Massimo who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He sorted out everything so very little was needed from us and took us through the controls of the car. Very car and would definitely recommend Massimo.

I'm back at mini chigwell for the third time despite there being a dealership on my doorstep! Jack, as always has been helpful and works with me and my no nonsense approach (just tell me the numbers and i’ll decide) he doesn't try to sell to me as he is able to read the room and escalate when he needs to get the best figure!

Interaction with Tammy - JCW test drive…
Just a quick review of the service Tammy provided in my search for a Mini JCW. In one word she was simply “outstanding”. Tammy went out of her way to be helpful and find me a suitable car. I was able to take a car they had in stock for a test drive and I was shocked at how good it was. I had previously brought my old generation Mini JCW into the branch for all its service needs and Alana took care of everything - sad to hear she was no longer there, because it was the service she provided previously that made me return. Now having met Tammy I can honestly say that every interaction I have with this branch has been nothing short of fantastic. I haven’t purchased my JCW yet, but I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on stock and returning to complete my purchase soon. The only downside with Trustpilot is you are limited to awarding just 5 stars, because I would honestly give Sytner Mini Loughton 10 stars for both sales and aftercare.
