I was left waiting in the service lounge long after my car was booked in for a service. After waiting over 2 hours thinking my car was being serviced I was told that my car had not been started on as they were having a meeting yet I was told my car would be ready within the 2 hours that they told me to wait. Very disappointing.

Painless Mini purchase.
Went out looking for a Mini, and ended up at Sytner. Felt happy buying from a Mini dealership, and Marcel arranged the test drive and I ended up buying the car.
Car was ready a day earlier than originally planned, beautifully cleaned and prepped, looked brand new even though it was just over 2 years old. No pressure was applied during the browsing/deciding process which is good.
Marcel was very patient in answering the many questions I had, so top marks to him. Amy was also very helpful talking me through the service plan I purchased.

Excellent and easy
This was our second time at the branch,Dayna assisted us sourcing a new car and made sure everything was chosen to our specifications. Along with Dayna, Matthew gave us help to get the car as soon as possible as im pregnant and due to have the baby soon. Both the colleagues Dayna and Matthew made the experience of getting a new car swift and easy, they explained the full process and kept us up to date throughout the delivery of the vehicle. Amy helped us to get a service plan set up and fully explai Ed what's included and how it works. Overall Dayna, Matthew and Amy made the experience straight forward and allowed us to get the car we want without pressure, but comfort of coming back for another car

I came in not really sure whether I was going to buy a Mini or not, but left having ordered one as my sales rep - Jack Harris - listened to what I wanted, went through all the options with me and reassured me that Mini was the right car for me.
He followed up when necessary to update me on the arrival of the car and was extremely helpful in helping organize collection.

Having first bought a Mini from Sytner…
Having first bought a Mini from Sytner Harold Wood in 2009 and had been very happy with it,we decided to trade it in for a ULEZ compliant car. On entering the Sytner Chigwell showroom,I was met by Salesman Jack Harris who sourced me the Mini I was looking for and offered me a suitable trade in price for our 13 year old Mini Clubman. Jack was very attentive,helpful and knowledgeable and soon put me at ease. Having sourced a suitable car in Sytner Cardiff,moves were made to get our new Mini delivered to Chigwell as soon as possible,which was just over two weeks. I paid a deposit and Jack kept me up to date with the progress and on the prearranged date was on hand to oversee a smooth changeover to our present Mini. Altogether an excellent experience. Well done and thank you Jack Harris.
