Helpful friendly staff
Staff have always been helpful and friendly (this has been my second Mini from them) and I was also kept up to date re delays because of the war in Ukraine. My car was also returned spotless after my Mini winter check. I now have my brand new Mini and Marcel provided a clear and detailed handover plus an instruction video.

I finally received my new car last week…
I finally received my new car last week and I am over the moon with it. I placed my order in august last year and should have received it at the end of September, but due to factory delays I didn’t get it until end of March. Marcel was excellent he emailed me throughout keeping me updated and when i collected it Marcel went over the whole car with me, set me up on the app on my phone and connected all my contacts etc. I couldn’t fault him and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, I received excellent service.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming, from walking in the door I felt like I was at home, Marcel Rogers assisted me in finding the perfect used car and went through all the purchase options, once I had taken a test drive I was happy to purchase.

Review of Used Mini Purchase
We purchased our used mini from Jack & Sam and were very pleased with the service. We saw the car online and Jack sent a personal video review of the car… we then placed our deposit.
In viewing the car was presented well and never trying was set up for the test drive. Sam and his staff went out there way to explain the history of the car and all the purchase options available. We purchased the car.
The car was prepared well and all the little things we wanted checked were.
We cannot speak highly enough of our experience and would highly recommend Sytner Chigwell
