Initially spoke to Sales Manager who passed me onto Daniel to talk to me about the car I was interested in. Daniel was very helpful and knowledgable about the car and prepared some sample stock cars that were available

Sometimes things do not always go to plan, and I recently experienced one of those situations at Sytner Coventry. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but in my view you learn the most about a business by how it responds when something goes wrong.

Beware of underhand and deceitful practices. Highly questionable sales tactics that intentionally obscured total cost of credit through falsely representing a dealer contribution as part of my used trade in. Dishonest appraisal on vehicle condition with assurances that damage would be rectified casually ignored. Franchise is selling vehicles way short of approved BMW standard as upheld by other U.K. main dealers. Check every detail and take nothing on trust.

Came in for a service, it was quick and efficient. The customer service was also great from Luke Allsopp & the team. I east updated regularly.

Excellent service from all at Sytner.As the engine management light had come on they fitted me in quite quickly and resolved the fault. Everyone at Coventry Sytner provides excellent customer service from when you walk through the doors to collection of your viechle.

The whole experience was fantastic. From the ladies at reception to Zain (my Service Advisor). I had a couple of additional requests and these were very much fulfilled.

Ultimately the price is the price however when it comes to service, it was definitely worth it. Highly recommended and if your BMW requires attention then bring it to Sytner Coventry!
