Loads was wrong
Loads was wrong. First the price we were quoted via their online booking system was wrong. They charged me £150 more. Also I stated don't wash car, they did and had me waiting outside for 15 mins while they obvs did it. Loud swearing employees in the forecourt vaping and smoking. Not the Sytner standard at all. My service man was nice, and corrected all the mistakes, but too over friendly almost to the point of being creepy! Defo NOT the Sytner way. I won't use this dealership again and will go to Leicester BMW.

Misleading information and lack of professionalism
Very poor service (Sytner Coventry). I agreed to proceed based on specific terms that were clearly offered, only to find that these were not honoured in the final deal. This inconsistency and misleading information show a lack of professionalism. I am extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled.

After booking a service through the online system and receiving confirmation, I arrive to find no booking recorded. Wasn’t surprised to hear that it was a fairly new procedure but would prefer person booking followed by online or WhatsApp confirmation. The Coventry Sytner staff were brilliant and managed to sort a service appointment without a return trip.

Everyone is nice and friendly. Luke went through the work that was going to be done that day. Recieved a video message to go through vehicle check of the car. Then later that day a message to say my car was ready to collect. Luke confirmed all the work done.

My previous experience with bmw was absolutely terrible,i was at the bmw from gallows corner,with a full service on the car,they charge me 1700,some issues with dpf,lacking of power the car was working only 3 weeks after again some problems,after i was afraid to go again,now bought new car i book the service on their app,again go with precaution,i was expecting some hidden cost on top of what the app said,but no what the app said that was the price,free coffe they take care of you,also the guy who was serve me very friendly and nice,car was running amazing after so for sure i go again on this location.
