Jordan who carried out the sales negotiations was fantastic , I wish I could say the same for Syntner Mini , I’ve been left with a sour taste in my mouth to be honest.
All I wanted was a surprise for my 21 year old son on his birthday, in a nutshell I bought a mini from Coventry , I arranged to have the car delivered to boston the day before his birthday and I asked for his car to be cleaned and covered up so I could suprise him on his birthday, boston would not allow this to happen and instead Jordan came over the day before took it to a garage down the road cleaned it and handed it over on the bmw forecourt in boston , not the suprise I wanted to give my son.
I am a business owner in Skegness and I have around 20 vehicles but one thing is for sure I will never buy one from syntner mini ever again , just because boston didn’t get the sale they ruined it for my son.
Not the kind of business I do my first thing is to keep the customer happy and this is something mini has not done.
This is nothing to do with Jordan he was fantastic, the management above him though needs a shake up.

Bought a nearly new mini via a part ex deal from Cheryl by remote control (I live in Northumberland). Cheryl made every effort to assist and made the whole experience easy bearing in mind neither of us had seen the others cars in the flesh. The mini was exactly as described and I'm totally happy with the experience.

Absolutely brilliant service from initial enquiry through to sale. Owen was very quick and helpful in supplying me with a detailed video of the car, explaining its features, and reassuring that it met my requirements, which ultimately secured the sale. I would have to say this has been the best of all my years of purchasing cars from BMW and Mini. My journey with yourselves was flawless. My initial contact was with Mini at Rybrooks Worcester, this was not good.
I then made contact with Sytner Coventry branch, from here is where I chose to buy my car Omari Brown, he is a real credit to you.
He has gone above and beyond to help me and secure a vehicle for me in record time.
He even bought it over to Worcester for me.
