There was no help in getting me into my mini it was my son who helped me because he drives these cars everyday there was no help in getting my charger either total disgrace D-D- I EXPECT BETTER FROM YOU .

I knew that I wanted a MINI Hatch JCW and with a budget in mind, I begun my online search and came across Sytner MINI with an unimaginable low starting price for a new example. I completed the online inquiry form and shortly thereafter received a phone call for a test drive. A week or so later, I was in love and so specced one up and following intense negotiations with Harvey, I managed to bag myself a cracking deal. Following a 12-week wait, I finally took delivery of my new toy thanks to Harvey for making my dream a true reality. His professionalism and helpfulness was second to none. He persevered with my requirements and his patience with my sometimes high demands was exemplary. The Sytner group have excelled where other MINI dealers have disappointed in the past.

After purchasing a vehicle from sytner harold wood for the first time instead of the my local branch in Sheffield nearer home which I've used before never having any problems and chancing all the online buying to which I was very reluctant to do in the first place. I found that the salesman Harvey very professional and helpful and the business manager Jes was on the ball all the time and nothing was to much to make me happy with my purchase which comfirmed why I deal with Sytner as they go above and beyond what I think any other dealer would.

The service we received was spot on throughout the buying process. Our needs were listened to and the suitable vehicle was found with both mileage and price within the boundaries that were set. The new vehicle was ready in a few days and the part ex was negotiated with minimum fuss. Overall very satisfied with buying experience.

I saw a vehicle that I was interested in and called Harold Wood Sytner BMW. The first person I spoke to told me he didn't know if the vehicle was available and would enquire and call me back later. He never did but was quick to insist on a £1000 deposit which i paid straight away.
The second sales person Clare called me as a result of my on line query and said she would help. She also didn't know of the vehicle was available and said she would get back to me which she did later that day. She said that the vehicle was available but didn't know the specs. This was on a Wednesday and she said that the car would go to prep and I would get a call Friday afternoon for progress. She never called and I followed up with a call Friday but she was not available. She called late in the afternoon and said that unfortunately the vehicle was no longer available because when it was put on a diagnostic machine, something was wrong with it and they couldn't sell it. How can you advertise a car that has such a major problem it suddenly can't be sold?!
She said that I must send her my long card number and expiry date on bank card and the deposit would be paid back. I did it straight away.
On the Monday I called and once again she was not available and I left a message - once again, no response. I asked to speak to the sales manager but if course he was unavailable.
On Tuesday I called again and Clare was nowhere to be found.Another message and again no response. Deposit still not been paid back 4 days later and nobody responds to calls or emails.
This must be the poorest customer service I have ever experienced.

Wonderful customer service, I bought a mini convertible, I am so happy with it, the condition is fantastic, Julie-Anne, helped me every step of the way, she constantly rang me with updates, explained everything to me, and it was all done over the phone and email. From the moment I made the enquiry, Julie-Anne, guided and helped me. Fabulous service. Very helpful and sorted everything out for me. My new car was delivered on Wednesday straight to my door. Went to the Mini showroom to view used Countryman's and met the salesperson Jacob, who was most knowledgeable and keen to help us in our search online within the Sytner franchise and we ended up with a great purchase.
