My sales assistant, Katie Fitzwater, made my first time purchasing experience exciting, smooth and easy. She was really helpful and took time to explain each step in the process while answering any questions I had, no matter how small. She did not try to oversell me any unnecessary features while ensuring my car was fit for purpose. She was understanding with timing changes and ensured to work around my schedule. She went above and beyond, setting me up with insurance and giving me flowers on my collection day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend buying from her!

My rating is based on the day I collected my new Mini which was overseen by Sales Executive Oliver Swan. A charming, polite and patient young man. The car was presented beautifully and was everything I had wished for. Nothing was too much trouble for Oliver, I am a tech dinosaur and he was happy to answer my endless questions!

I am a returning customer as I was happy with the product and service provided. I found all the team polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Callum was very helpful from initial approach while we were looking right through to signing the paperwork. Jess the manager was also very friendly and helpful. Whole process was smooth from start to finish, not pushy at all just very helpful.

Fabulous Faye
Had a great experience with Faye. I saw a Mini I liked on Autotrader and did an online enquiry. Faye called me back really quickly and arranged for me to come in the next day.
Faye is lovely, really easy to talk to and isn’t a pushy salesperson. She listened to my needs and I ended up looking at a second mini which I also took for a test drive.
I ended up being there two and a half hours before we agreed on a sale and Faye didn’t hurry me along or push me to make a decision.
I collected the car the next day - apparently this is quite a fast turnaround time - and it was all ready to go and I just had some paperwork to sign, the balance on the car and road tax to pay and the keys were mine.
Would highly recommend Sytner Harold Wood and Faye!
