5 star service from the staff at Sytner Mini Harold Wood
The staff at Sytner Mini Harold Wood are friendly and welcoming. My purchase was dealt with by Oliver Swan, a very personable and courteous young man who was very understanding of my reasons for me wishing to change my car. Although I was initially very undecided on what I actually wanted Oliver was very patient and used no pressurised hard sell tactics.
Oliver was pro-active throughout the sale and kept me informed along the way. He is a credit to Sytner and to the Mini brand.

My whole Mini buying experience at Sytner was made totally faultless by Faye, she was extremely knowledgeable on all the Minis, (there seems to be a huge range of models and options), she was attentive without being pushy, she quickly got to know my requirements and my worked out my reservations and personality. New Mini Countryman
I collected my new Mini Countryman on Friday after ordering in June. From starting the purchase to the promised delivery, the process was seamless and professionally handled by Oliver Swan in Sales and Jes Tysterman the Business Manager. Both kept in touch with me regularly with updates and information regarding delivery, finance and number plate choices etc. Everything proceeded with ease and was explained in detail. They are both super friendly and lovely, knowledgable people to deal with, making you feel a valued customer, not something you always come across in the car trade. The whole experience exceeded my expectations and made my purchase exciting and enjoyable. The car is exactly as promised, driving and looking a treat. We had fantastic service from start to finish with Katie. She was very knowledgeable about our car and helped us with all our questions. Living far away we thought this would be an issue but Katie sorted our insurance and we managed to test drive and take our car away on the same day.
