Bought a mini countryman from this dealership despite living in Cardiff since they had the model and year I wanted. Despite this distance sale which also involved using my current mini as part exchange, Callum and Dan ensured that this unusual transaction was seamlessly carried out . Bob delivered the car to Cardiff and drove my mini back after we were both reassured about the quality of the cars . Outstanding service!!

Having done some research online before I contacted into Sytner Harold Wood, I was delighted with the service that they offered throughout the process. I was kept up to date by my sales champion, Oliver Swan, every step of the way and appreciated his focus on exemplary customer service. Best experience we have had buying a car
The dealership provided an excellent service and experience in helping us buy a Mini. fantastic service. She was polite and very informative and she did not rush my decision .
Her sales manner was perfect and really put me at my ease with what to me was a major purchase.
